First, find a common denominator. Since both 6, 3, and 4 can be multiplied into 12, that will be or denominator.
1/6 becomes 2/12
2/3 becomes 8/12
and 1/4 becomes 3/12
2/12 + 8/12 = 10/12
The answer is 1 1/12
