Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplicating by its inverse, I mean:
(a/b)/(c/d) = (a/b)(d/c)
so for the fractions we have:
7/9 divided by 8/15
= (7/9)/(8/15)
= (7/9)(15/8)
= 7*15/9*8
= 105/72
= 35/24
