if the average student's arms can extend about 1.3m how many students would have to join hands to form a human chain around a giant sequoia ?

the sequoia is 30 m around and grow to about 91m tall

If the tree is 30 m around, then shouldn't we take the lengths of the arms and divide it into the perimeter of the tree? So what we do is take 30/1.3 = about 23. So it would take about 23 children to stretch their arms around the tree.
