I would use A, a video demonstrating cooking techniques.
If I'm trying to teach someone how to cook over a campfire, teaching them recipes out of a book won't do anything. They might as well just look it up online. if they were to view a video, however, they would see someone actually cooking over a fire, actually doing the thing they're supposed to be learning to do, instead of simply reading words out of a book.
