Being that hot Literally burns up the body with a rapid energy dump like that can be catastrophic on your immune systems and liver and any other regulatory functions not even counting sweating all your water away

Yes because if you are that high it temperature it can physically hurt you It will make you dizzy pass out and other bad symptoms
