40pnts!! BRAINLIST IF CORRECT! Why do you think the right of judicial review is so important? What do you think might happen if the Supreme Court lost its right of judicial review?

Respuesta :

Judicial review is important because it is the ability of a court to look and consider if a statute, treaty or administrative regulation violates the provisions of a law, a State Constitution, or the United States Constitution. While the U.S. Constitution does not REALLY define a power of judicial review, the authority for judicial review in the United States has been inferred from the structure, provisions, and history of the Constitution.
