well, the verb "to be" in Spanish is the verb "Ser", and the verb is wrong in all sentences, unless in the first one, the correct sentences would be:

Yo soy gorda.

Él es bajo.

Mi hermano es impaciente OR Mi hermanoS (plural) son impacientes.
