2x + 3y = 3 y = 8 – 3x                     
we have 2 equations

first equations: 2x + 3y = 3 y
the second equation: 3y = 8 – 3x => 8-3x=3y

2x=0
x=0

8-3x=3y
8-0=3y
8=3y
y=8/3
