why do human sweat and dogs pants ? Explain the purpose and the reason it is effective

Humans sweat to release hot "water" from their bodies to evaporate, in order to cool their body's temp. Dogs pant because they can not sweat. Panting brings in more oxygen for the animal's blood stream which cools their temp down too.
