You could make it true by making it (8x10) plus (8x1)
Explanation: 8x11=88 and 8x10=80 and 8x1=8 and 80+8=88

Since 8x 11 =88, 8x10=80 and 1x10 =10. It can not be true because 88 and 90 are not the same
