first convert mixed fraction to a improper fraction
2 3/4 = ((2 x 4) + 3)/4
11/4
when dividing fractions all you do is flip the one of the fractions and multiply them
11/4 flipped is 4/11
4/11 x 1/8 = 4/88
you then re-flip the end fraction to get the actual answer
4/88 flipped is 88/4
then simplify to get 
88/4 = 22
