If Anna gives Me half of her pumpkins and Coral half of whats left and she ends with 6 how many pumpkins did she start with?

x- the number of pumpkin she had initially
she gave you x/2
x-x/2=x/2
(x/2)/2=x/4(she gave Coral)
x/2-x/4=x/4
x/4=6
x=24
let's take x as the amount of pumpkins she have left

x=6
2×x=2x
=6×2
=12(after Anna gave me half of what she had)

12×2=24(what Anna had at first)
