It is actually 2 divided by 2/3 because you are dividing 2 cups by 2/3. When you divide you turn the second number upside down and then multiply so... 2 x 3/2= 6/2 or 3
If you did it like the previous answer, you get 1/3 not 3 because you are dividing 2/3 by 2. I'll show you that one too:
