I'm not really sure what you're wanting from this, but the lines show how well the Nurse knew Juliet. The Nurse knows Juliet more than Juliet's own mother. Nurse had a daughter around the time Lady Capulet had Juliet, but the daughter of the Nurse had died, so she took care of Juliet like she was her own daughter.

Still, I have no clue what exactly the answer you're looking for, but this is a bit of the backstory.
