I ordered something on amazon prime and money was taken out of my bank (because of the order, but I cancel the package but more money was taken out of my account?
Do I not get a refund??
You definitely should have gotten a refund. It was most likely a technical glitch on their side, the best option would be to email them about it as soon as possible so you can get your money back
