To be quite honest i would never really do any of those, however the worst option would be emailing lab results to the home email.

The reason you should never do this is because a private account used by a patient may not be just his, other people including friends could look through it. Remember the patients results should only be available to him and never able to be viewed by other people.
Also you don't want them to make judgement about their own health, which you may enable by sending such information.Â
