You can find the slope by using the slope formula:
[tex]\frac{Y_2 - Y_1}{ X_2 - X_1}[/tex]
[tex]\frac{(-3)- (-3)}{ (-5) - (-3)} = \frac{0}{-2} = 0[/tex]
Since we have a slope of 0 this means we have a horizontal line
